About Inclusive Ways Solutions

Practical knowledge. Genuine partnership. Lasting impact.

Inclusive Ways Solutions (IWS) provides education and coaching to help individuals, families, and communities build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills across the lifespan.

Who We Are

About Inclusive Ways Solutions

Our programs help participants recognize their strengths, express their preferences and support needs, explore resources, and take meaningful steps toward their personal goals. Through accessible learning and guided activities, we explore communication, sensory awareness, everyday routines, and how people respond to different situations.

Within our coaching programs, we help participants anticipate everyday challenges, prepare for transitions, and explore practical ways to support understanding, participation, and independence.

We believe individuals and families deserve to be heard, respected, and equipped to participate actively in decisions that affect their lives.

Meet Viv

Viv brings experience in bilingual communication, business ownership in Puerto Rico and Florida, and her perspective as a mother to the vision behind IWS.

These experiences have shaped her commitment to making information understandable, practical, and relevant to everyday life. She founded IWS to create a welcoming space where individuals and families can learn, build on their strengths, explore resources, and prepare for each new stage of life.

Her approach emphasizes listening, respecting each person's language and culture, and helping participants develop confidence in expressing their priorities and making informed choices.

Viv's vision also includes developing educational initiatives for organizations and employers to encourage inclusive communication, greater understanding, and meaningful participation in the workplace.

Our Guiding Values

What guides our work

Every IWS program and coaching engagement is built on five principles that reflect our values and our commitment to the people we serve.

Strengths-Based

We start with what people can do, what they know, and what matters to them — building on existing strengths rather than focusing on deficits.

Practical & Actionable

IWS translates learning into strategies people can actually use at home, in school, and in the community. We prioritize what works in everyday life.

Lifespan Perspective

Needs, goals, and support systems change across a lifetime. IWS addresses the full arc — from early childhood through adult life and later-life transitions.

Collaborative

The best outcomes happen when individuals, families, and communities learn together with shared language and genuine partnership.

Genuinely Inclusive

Inclusion is a practice. IWS helps communities and organizations move from compliance to belonging, from tolerance to genuine welcome.

Our Commitment

How we show up

From childhood through adulthood and later-life transitions, our goal is to help participants build on what they have already learned and adapt their plans as their priorities change.

Through education, coaching, and community collaboration, IWS supports lifelong learning, self-advocacy, self-determination, and everyday participation.

Our Scope

What IWS provides

IWS provides nonclinical education and coaching only. We do not provide medical services, clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or behavioral therapy. Our programs focus on learning, practical planning, resource navigation, self-advocacy, and everyday participation.
